The recruitment activities were simultaneously held in Brgy. San Miguel in Tarlac City; NAC Tower in BGC, Taguig City; Brgy. Alasasin in Mariveles, Bataan; Brgy. Poblacion 4 in San Jose and Brgy. Poblacion B in Rosario, both in Batangas; Brgy. Cale in Tiwi, Albay; Robinsons Place in Iloilo City; SM Seaside and the Aboitiz Corporate Office in Cebu City; Robinsons in Butuan City; SM CDO in Cagayan de Oro City; Robinsons Iligan City in Lanao del Norte; and Aboitiz Construction’s Calinan Office in Davao City.
A variety of positions were offered during the activity, including scaffolders, masons, mechanical technicians, civil engineers, and safety inspectors. Other positions are intended for manpower pooling in preparation for future projects. The successful implementation of the initiative was made possible through partnerships with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) in Regions 6, 7, 10, and 13; Public Employment Service Offices (PESO) in Tarlac, San Jose, and Iligan City; as well as barangay officials and project partners.
