This accreditation will strengthen THAM’s goals of quality care; emphasizing the
MAAYO Gold Standard when it comes to delivering healthcare and training.

Chief Nurse and AHA International Training Center Coordinator, Javeson Roy C. Batuto, R.N., M.A.N., shares how: “Being internationally accredited by the AHA enhances our credibility and positions us as leaders in healthcare, not only in Cebu but also internationally.”

With THAM now being an AHA-accredited training center, they plan to be established as a premier regional facility offering high quality training and internationally recognized
certifications.

“We plan to expand our training programs to include more advanced courses in
cardiovascular care, resuscitation techniques, and emergency care.” says Nurse
Javeson.

This accreditation creates an opportunity for healthcare professionals across the region to enhance their skills and qualifications through these training programs. By shaping
healthcare professionals who strive for medical excellence, THAM contributes to improving healthcare standards in the local community.

THAM is a relatively new hospital with a concrete mission to change the healthcare landscape. This accreditation aims to enhance THAM’s position as a premier healthcare facility not just within Mandaue City, but throughout the province and country.

“By offering training to healthcare providers both within and outside of THAM, we further solidify our role as key contributors to the improvement of healthcare standards in the region.” said Nurse Javeson.
