Casa Mira Homes Danao is the 15th project under Cebu Landmasters’ flagship economic brand.
The development, scheduled for completion in 2026, is expected to generate P1. 97- billion in sales revenue.
Ninety-six percent of the 595 housing units have been marked sold.

Casa Mira had provided more than 16,000 vertical and horizontal housing units all over Visayas and Mindanao, Soberano said.
“Additionally, given the success of the project in the northern part of Cebu, we are now in the process of introducing a new affordable housing development in the area soon,” he revealed.
The Casa Mira Danao development is accessible to Central Nautical Highway and is near schools, grocery stores, the City Hall, the provincial hospital, and the city port. Danao City is around 25 kilometers from Cebu City.
The floor area of Casa Mira Homes Danao townhouse units ranges from 42 sq. m. to 72 sq. m. Single detached units have either two or three bedrooms. Features include kitchen, dining, and service areas; powder room; porch; and carport. Unit prices range from P2.23 million to P3.6 million.
CLI assures residents and investors that the company provides 24/7 security at Casa Mira Homes Danao, which features a perimeter fence and guardhouse. To ensure that the development will be well maintained, Cebu Landmasters’ property arm CLIPM (Cebu Landmasters Property Management, Inc.) will manage the Casa Mira Danao.
