This collaboration aims to empower students through internship programs and pave the way for future job placements, opening doors to a multitude of career pathways within the country’s largest retail conglomerate.

The internship programs will feature comprehensive learning sessions, meticulously curated by subject matter experts to equip students with essential knowledge and skills. This hands-on approach ensures that participants gain practical insights and industry-relevant expertise.

Part of the agreement is AMA Computer Learning Center’s commitment to actively promote SM’s job vacancies among its student body and alumni network, fostering a seamless transition from academia to professional employment.

The initiative, led by the Human Resource Department of SM Supermalls, underscores the mall’s dedication to nurturing talent and fostering collaboration between academia and industry.

The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing ceremony was graced by HR leaders from SM malls in Cebu alongside School Director Roy Imperial, esteemed faculty members, and students, marking the beginning of a fruitful partnership poised to shape the future workforce.
